Aeronauts, Debi and Laura

This set of photos is from a special flight.  Laura had wanted to fly in a balloon since she was 14.  Debi wanted to surprise her friend Laura with a special wedding gift.  So Debi called us all the way from South America and planned a surprise flight for 5 days before Laura's wedding.  Although it had rained each of the previous 3 days, just before our flight the skies cleared, the sun shone, and the winds softened.

We were delighted to discover that Laura and her fiancee John had helped out as crew on our first commercial flight.  It seemed our balloon made the world a little smaller for all of us that day.

Just three weeks later, we hosted our first surprise engagement flight.  This flight was featured in an article in the June 2006 issue of Lincoln's Lifestyle Magazine.  Click here to read the story.
