The northeastern Nebraska town of Wakefield (population 1400) plays host to a
wonderful little rally in October.  This year, the weather did not smile on us,
although the townsfolk did (as they always do).

The clouds parted long enough Saturday afternoon to let us
get the baskets out for a little show-and-tell.

The clouds look pretty, don't they?  Half-an-hour later, we were being pelted with
hail!  If you don't like the weather in Nebraska, just wait 10 minutes...
